La cuarta coachtulia tuvo lugar ayer, viernes 18 de febrero de 2011, en el Ateneo de Madrid, en la sala Manuel Azaña. El tema de tertulia era «¿Y cómo demonios sacamos el talento?», que enlazaba con el tema de la anterior coachtulia «Talento: oficio y beneficio». Se proyectaron dos vídeos, uno de Joshua Bell y otro de Rachel Flowers actuando con Arturo Sandoval para ilustrar las siguientes tesis:

1. el talento pasa inadvertido en un entorno inapropiado.
2. para vivir del talento, este ha de ser reconocido y valorado por los demás.

También escuchamos una preciosa música coral, Maria durch den Dornwald ging, de Günter Raphael para ilustrar que el talento también queda en el olvido y es necesario que haya otras personas que recuerden ese talento.

Los asistentes fueron: Carla Franco , Carmen Cayuela, Victoria Caro, Fran, Bárbara, Teresa Gómez, Sonia Heras, Karolina Kuleczka y Michael Thallium (en la foto faltan Carmen y Bárbara, quienes tuvieron que marcharse antes).

The 4th coachtulia was held yesterday, Friday 18th February 2011, at the «Ateneo de Madrid», in the room Manuel Azaña. The topic of our gathering (combining coaching and debate) was «How the hell can we discover our talent?». We watched two short videos, one of Joshua Bell and another one of Rachel Flowers performing with Arturo Sandoval, in order to show that:

1. talent goes unnoticed in an inappropriate environment,
2. to live on your talent, it has to be acknowledged and valued by others.

We also listened to a beautiful choral music, Maria durch den Dornwald ging, by Günter Raphael to show that your talent can be forgotten as well and you need the help of others to rescue it from oblivion.

Das 4. coachtulia wurde am Freitag 18. Februar 2011 in «Ateneo de Madrid» stattgefunden. Das Thema: «Wie kann man das Talent ziehen?». Dann haben wir zwei Videos angeschaut: Joshua Bell und Rachel Flowers mit Arturo Sandoval. Wir haben auch eine wunderschöne Musik, Maria durch den Dornwald ging, von Günter Raphael zugehört.
